Side dish
Broccoli is a native of Europe and belongs to Brassicaceae family (same as cabbage), which provides vitamin A that helps sustain healthy skin and mucosal membrane, and vitamin C which has a high concentration of antioxidants and aids in iron absorption. Select deep green heads of broccoli which are round and tight and do not overcook. In addition to flower, use the broccoli stalk as it is also a good source of nutrients.
@Using canned tuna boiled plain instead of oil can reduce fat intake.

Activities of the JISS toward the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games

We do motion analyses with the Japanese National Softball Team at least 4 times per year. Every April, the players go through the Total Sports Clinic (TSC) check, and upon request we film them at that time. We also film them throughout the year, at competitions and training camps. To get the most out of this support service, it is very important that we film them repeatedly and collect as many video files as possible.
